Deliveries and Returns

Deliveries:

  1. Cost is dependent on the weight and size of your order, the shipping option and destination.

  2. Orders will be shipped as soon as possible, usually within two 2 working days.

  3. All items will be adequately wrapped and packaged to assist that they are not damaged while in transit.

  4. Precautions will be taken to inform the courier service of the nature of fragile and delicate contents, so that they do not get damaged during transit.

  5. If any uncertainty exist, email your inquiry to collectiblesbydeon@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a shipping estimate.  

 

South Africa:

  • We ship to anywhere within South Africa.

  • Shipping options include: 

  1. Orders over R750 FREE, Economy Road The Courier Guy or Pudo Locker delivery. Apply only for orders within South Africa.

  2. The Courier Guy Overnight, The Courier Guy Economy Road, PUDO Locker and Pudo Door Delivery options are available at Checkout.

 International Shipping:

  1. Unfortunately shipping cannot be added automatically when order is processed, due to regional limitations.

  2. Shipping will be calculated on the size and weight of the parcel.

  3. Quotation will be obtained and communicated to the buyer.

  4. Parcel will be sent once the shipping fee have been paid.

  6. No FREE international shipping available.

 

 

Returns:

As a rule we have a NO RETURN Policy.
Should items arrive damaged, please report the matter to collectiblesbydeon@gmail.com and we will be in contact with you.
  • Photos form part of the description, and must be carefully viewed to familiarize yourself on the condition of the item.
  • Care is taken when listing the item so that damages like cracks or chips are noted for the customer's information.
  • Due to the nature of the type of products on offer, they are mostly pre-owned/pre-loved and often very old.
  • Chipped items are offered at a reduced price and will be noted so on the listing.
