Refund policy

At Collectibles by Deon, all items are carefully inspected and accurately described before listing. Due to the unique and fragile nature of antiques and collectibles, we do not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged or significantly differs from its description.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging. We will assess each case individually and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a partial refund or store credit.

All sales are otherwise final. Please read product descriptions carefully and contact us before purchasing if you have any questions about an item's condition, size, or provenance.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
