Shipping Policy - Collectibles by Deon

At Collectables by Deon, every piece is carefully packed to ensure it arrives safely. We ship within South Africa only.

Standard Shipping - R149 A flat rate of R149 applies to orders under R1,495, and to buyers who prefer not to use an economy or express delivery option. Orders are carefully wrapped and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of payment being confirmed. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

Free Shipping - Orders of R1,495 and above. Orders totalling R1,495 or more qualify for complimentary standard shipping.

Economy Delivery (The Courier Guy, Paxi, PostNet) - Cost quoted after checkout. For buyers who prefer a more cost-effective delivery option, we offer economy delivery through a range of service providers, including The Courier Guy, Paxi, PostNet, and other available options. Rates vary depending on your location, the size and weight of the parcel, and your chosen delivery point. The Courier Guy Economy rates start from as little as R49, with delivery to a locker, kiosk, or door depending on package size and weight.

Select this option at checkout and complete your purchase as normal. We will contact you within 1 business day with your exact delivery cost and the available service providers for your area. The delivery fee is invoiced and settled separately before your parcel is dispatched. This option is not free.

Express / Overnight Delivery - Cost quoted after checkout. For urgent orders, express and overnight delivery is available on request. This option is quoted individually based on your location, parcel size, and weight, and is not available in combination with any other delivery option or discount.

Select this option at checkout and complete your purchase as normal. We will contact you within a few hours with your exact cost and estimated delivery time. The delivery fee is invoiced and settled separately before your parcel is dispatched. This option is not free.

Own Courier or Collection - You arrange, no charge from us. If you prefer to arrange your own courier or collection, you are welcome to do so. Select this option at checkout, and we will contact you to coordinate a suitable collection time. Please ensure your courier is experienced in handling fragile items. There is no shipping charge from our side for this option.

Packaging: All items are individually wrapped and packed to protect against transit damage. Fragile pieces receive additional cushioning and, where necessary, double-boxing.

Tracking: Where available, a tracking number will be provided once your parcel has been collected or dispatched.
