Terms of service

By placing an order with Collectibles by Deon, you agree to the following terms:

• All items are sold as described. Condition, dimensions, and provenance are stated to the best of our knowledge.
• Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of any applicable fees.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if an item is found to be unavailable or incorrectly listed.
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the courier.
• We are not liable for delays caused by courier services once an order has been dispatched.
• Images are for illustrative purposes — minor variations in colour may occur due to photography lighting.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
