Description
The teapot is the heart of the English tea service, and in Aynsley's Pembroke pattern it is quite simply one of the most beautiful examples of the form.
Made by Aynsley China of Stoke-on-Trent, this lidded teapot is decorated with the Pembroke pattern's colourful floral sprays, delicate bird motif, and refined gilt detailing — the combination that has made this one of the most enduring and collected patterns in British ceramics. In excellent condition throughout, this is a piece that could grace an afternoon tea table as readily as a collector's cabinet.
