The lid depicts a Poldermolen, while the body includes scenes labelled Wipwatermolen and Stellingmolen. Its base is marked Delft Blauw Handpainted Made in Holland beneath a crown-like symbol, with additional initials that do not confirm an individual factory. The inscription states Holland as the origin, but the maker and production date remain unconfirmed.
