Description
A vintage ceramic lidded condiment pot by Hamburger Potteries. It has a gently flared yellow body and a domed dark brown lid decorated with cream radial stripes, a yellow arched handle and a small opening for a serving spoon. Measuring 10.5 cm (height) × 10 cm (width). It is in very good condition, with age-related glaze crazing and no chips, cracks or visible damage.
The underside bears the Hamburger Potteries logo and the form number “291”. These marks provide direct evidence of the manufacturer and recorded shape number.
The base markings confirm Hamburger Potteries as the maker and identify the piece as form 291. Its precise place and date of manufacture have not been confirmed.
