Description
This Beswick Mrs Rabbit captures a small but distinctive moment, with her green umbrella held away from her dress.
Wearing a bonnet and apron, Mrs Rabbit carries a basket in the recognised Umbrella Out variation. The circular base inscription names Beatrix Potter's Mrs Rabbit, F. Warne and Co. Ltd. and Beswick England. Modelled by Arthur Gredington and first issued in 1951, this example carries a backstamp associated with the 1970s.
