Description
This Beswick Ware bowl keeps its decoration close to the form, with raised scroll handles and concentric moulded rings beneath a rich green glaze.
The shallow serving or centrepiece bowl has an undulating outline and two unusual scroll-form handles. A faint Beswick Ware England factory mark and small kiln-stilt marks remain on the underside, confirming English production. Age-related crazing, glaze discolouration and light surface wear are present, while the bowl remains in very good condition. It belongs with the Beswick collection and the wider Ceramics collection.
