Description
This Beswick Ware serving bowl pairs raised rope-form handles with hand-painted wavy lines over a mottled yellow and green glaze.
The bowl has a softly rounded centrepiece form, with concentric decoration carried across the surface and small kiln-stilt marks remaining on the base. A faint Beswick Ware England factory mark confirms English production. Age-related crazing, glaze discolouration and light surface wear are present, while the piece remains in very good condition. It links to the Beswick collection and the wider Ceramics collection.
