Made by Konigliche privilegierte Porzellanfabrik Tettau of Bavaria, Germany, and dating to the circa 1930 to 1968 mark period, this porcelain trio is a product of one of Bavaria's longest-established porcelain manufacturers. The Tettau factory, founded in 1794 in the town of Tettau in Upper Franconia, was one of the earliest porcelain producers in Bavaria and operated continuously through the 19th and 20th centuries, producing tableware and decorative porcelain of consistent quality. The Konigl. pr. (Konigliche privilegierte, meaning Royal Privileged) designation in the factory's mark reflects the royal patronage granted to the factory in its early years, a distinction that continued to be referenced in the factory's marks well into the 20th century. The warm orange panel decoration, applied in alternating sections with the white ground and accented with gilt line work and small floral motifs, gives the trio a decorative character that suits both display and use. The Tettau mark is present to the base of each piece. The set is in very good condition throughout.
