Produced in Murano in the 1950s, this pair of glass figures combines the latticino technique — fine threads of white glass woven through the body — with gold detail to create objects of extraordinary refinement. Pairs of this quality and period are increasingly rare, and these represent the Venetian glass tradition at its most accomplished.
