Swinnertons Olde Alton Ware Blue Pagoda Small Bowl

This Swinnertons Olde Alton Ware small bowl is decorated in cobalt blue with an atmospheric garden scene featuring a pagoda fountain, arched bridge, boat, water, trees and flying birds. A dense floral border with stylised dragons surrounds the scene, giving the compact bowl a particularly rich blue-and-white character.

Produced in England by Swinnertons, the bowl belongs to the Olde Alton Ware range. The blue printed backstamp reads “Olde Alton Ware” and “England”, identifying the range and country of manufacture.
