Description
Sylvac 1548 Standing Collie Figurine brings brown standing rough collie with moulded long-haired coat to a distinctive collectible form. Its proportions and surface details make the piece recognisable as an individual example rather than simply a generic ceramic ornament.
The impressed Sylvac England mark and model number 1548 identify the English maker and design. The standing Rough Collie has a brown glaze and a carefully modelled long coat. Its production period is estimated rather than fixed to a documented introduction or withdrawal date for this particular model. the measurements describe the piece as offered. The photographs should be reviewed alongside the stated condition, particularly where surface wear or crazing is noted. This listing avoids assigning a more precise production date or attribution than the identifying evidence supports.
