Three windmills beside water form the central landscape on this hand-inscribed blue and white wall plate.
The circular ceramic plate depicts three windmills near water, with reeds, buildings and birds completing the scene. Its reverse has hanging holes and a handwritten Handpainted Delfts inscription, with a number above it and faint letters nearby. Those marks describe the decoration but do not establish a specific factory, maker or production date. The measured diameter is 18.5 cm, with a recorded height of 1 cm. Its landscape format gives the windmills room across the central field, while the blue and white palette keeps the scene in a familiar Delfts tradition without proving a Dutch maker.
