The kneeling form, with its lower centre of gravity and more complex silhouette, is the most visually dynamic of the warrior poses and the most immediately recognisable to those familiar with the Xi'an figures. At 13.5 cm tall, it is the second smallest figure in the grouping and sits naturally alongside the standing figures in a tiered display arrangement.
